Opening to Joy Again: Finding Your Way Forward After Loss

Loss comes in many forms. It may be the death of someone we love, the end of a relationship, children leaving home, a career or job change, retirement, a move, or another life transition that leaves us wondering, What comes next?

Whatever the source, loss changes us. But it doesn't have to define everything that comes next.

Opening to Joy Again is a restorative one-day retreat for those who have experienced loss or significant change and are ready to gently explore what life can look like moving forward.

This isn't about “getting over” your loss or leaving behind someone, something, or a chapter of life that mattered deeply. It's about honoring what you've experienced while creating space for healing, meaning, possibility, and joy.

Through gentle yoga and movement, meditation, guided reflection, journaling, meaningful conversation, creative expression, and time for yourself, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on where you've been—and begin looking toward where you want to go.

You'll explore what matters most to you now, what you may be ready to release, what you want to make more room for, and who you want to become as you move into this next chapter of your life.

Come as you are. Bring your story and everything your experiences have taught you. Leave with greater clarity, connection, and an openness to what might still be possible.

You can honor what has been and still open yourself to what comes next.
