Gentle Yoga In Person

This class offers a mindful, slower-paced yoga practice that allows you to breathe deeply, move with intention, and truly listen to your body. You’ll have time to explore postures, learn the flows, and make adjustments so the practice supports your unique needs.

Gentle yoga is perfect for beginners, seniors, those looking to increase flexibility and strength, or anyone who enjoys a more mindful pace.

And even if you prefer or need the support of a chair, you are welcome here—you can practice entirely from the chair or combine chair and floor postures. In my classes, it’s always about your body, your breath, and honoring what feels right for you.
