Chair Yoga In Person

This class offers a mindful, slower-paced yoga practice with the support of a chair. You’ll be guided to move with intention, breathe deeply, and listen to your body—making adjustments as needed so the practice truly serves you.

Chair yoga is ideal for, but not limited to, older adults, those with injuries, or anyone with limited mobility.

Even if you don’t need the chair, it can be a powerful tool for exploring your practice in new ways.

You’re always free to use the chair, or not, or move between chair and floor—because in my classes, it’s about your body, your breath, and trusting yourself to know what feels right for you.
