Beach Yoga is a gentle, welcoming class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in one of nature’s most calming settings.

With the rhythm of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and space to move at your own pace, this class is accessible for every body, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced for years.

Each session moves slowly and intentionally, helping you listen to your body, soften tension, and make mindful adjustments. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

I livestream every Beach Yoga class directly from the shoreline so you can join from anywhere. Feel the ocean energy, hear the waves, and enjoy the same calming experience from your own space.

Location & What to Expect

Where we meet:
Winter Haven Park, 4589 South Atlantic Avenue, Ponce Inlet, FL. This is about 3 miles south of Dunlawton on A1A.

Parking:
Parking is available at the park. You can register your vehicle for free parking at parkvolusia.org. Otherwise, there may be a fee to park. The park also offers clean restrooms and outdoor showers.

What to bring:
- An old yoga mat or beach mat that can get sandy
- A large beach towel
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, or jacket depending on the weather
- Optional: wear your swimsuit under your clothes if you want to swim after class

Schedule:
Class lasts about an hour, sometimes a little longer when the dolphins show up or the sunrise is too beautiful to rush.

Who it’s for:
Beach Yoga is gentle, slow-paced, and suitable for all levels, whether it’s your first class or your 500th.
