
YogaWalk is a refreshing blend of mindful walking, gentle yoga, and time in nature.
Together, we walk through beautiful outdoor spaces, pause along the way for simple yoga postures and breath awareness, and give ourselves time to slow down, move, connect, and take in the world around us.
It is part movement, part mindfulness, and part community.
You do not need to be an experienced yogi or athlete to join. YogaWalk is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for real bodies and real life.
